1.今回の問題点:顧客への配送が規定のものではない。

2.今回の問題の原因:担当者の未熟さ、弊社の教育ができていなかった

3.同じ問題を起こさないための具体的な改善策:発送期日、発送通知の期日を厳守させること。
オリエンテーションを社内で2回、取引先を招いて1回実施して、発送期日を意識して仕事ができるようになりました。

1. The issue: delivery to customers was out of our standard

2. Causes of the issue: the person in charge was inexperienced, employee training in our company was not enough

3. Solution to prevent the same issue: we will get employees to strictly observe a shipping date and a notification of shipping. We have held orientations three times, twice in our company and once with our business client. All employees, now, always work with considering a shipping date.
