私はこの注文を自らキャンセルした結果Customer Metricsが悪化した
この商品は商品説明に誤りがあった為、アマゾンに商品ページの編集を依頼し受理された。その後顧客にその旨を伝えキャンセルしてもらえるよう伝えたが応答が無かった。
このCustomer Metricsを修正して貰えますか?

I have personally canceled the order and as a result, my Customer Metrics have gotten worse.
Because there were errors in the product manual, I have made a request to Amazon to make a modification on the product's page and it has been accepted. Then I have asked that this information is transmitted to the customer but got no response.
It is possible to have a correction of the Customer Metrics?

There seems to be no mistake this time with the receipt address.
