先日、貴店から購入したものが届きましたが、カスタマーサポート・カードが無く、取扱説明書の裏がはげていました（添付写真参照）。
日本で転売する為、購入したのですが、反応がとても悪いです。
時計自体は問題ないのですが、日本人は細かいディテールを気にする為と思われます。
もし可能なら、カスタマーサポート・カードと、取扱説明書を送っていただけますか？
今後も貴店で購入しようと思ってましたので、送るのが無理なら、今後の購入は付属品もフルセット・無傷で送ってもらえるか、教えてください。

Theother day, I received the item which I bought from your shop.
But it has not the customer support card and on the back instruction manual is rubbed (refer to attached picture).
I purchased it to resell in Japan, but its behavior is not good.
The clock itself has no problem, but it seems that the Japanese is nervous over the small detail.
If possible, could you send me the customer support card and the instruction manual.
I holed that I purchased from your shop.
If you can not send it, please let me know whether you send me them with accessories which conditions are full-set and undamaged.
