Unfortunately, there is no appeal process as your claim was reviewed in detail. All items were shipped in merchant boxes that we received them in. They were again boxed further to prevent damage. There was no visible damage to any of the boxes, and the merchant provided custom-padded boxes which are sufficient for protection as provided by the merchant. Since there is no damage to any of the boxes, there is no responsibility as the obligation to provide the service of transporting your goods was completed.
