彼女は二人の社員がダブルチェックしているといいます
私は彼女がこのような対応をするならば、今後取引をやめるべきかと考えています。
問い合わせしてもすぐに返答してくれないし、発送も遅い、商品を入れ忘れる、商品も粗悪なものが送られてくる、値引きもしてくれない。
言葉の壁があるとしても、余りにも彼女の対応はひどいです。　長く御社と取引をしてきたのに残念です。

I immediately wrote an email to her.
It is obvious that this is her fault if you count the number of stocks,but she says two of the workers does doble check.
If she does like this, I would stop dealing with her.
She doesn't response immediately when I ask her, and don't get me discount.
Even if there is language wall, her attitude is horrible. I have been dealing with your company for long time so this is so sad.
