少し日本語として不自然に感じる箇所がありました。

再読して気付いた点があります。
「which had already been addressed」の部分をおそらく、「前述の」と訳されていると思うのですが、これは誤訳ではないでしょうか。同じ文を他の方が訳されていますが、そちらが正しいように思います。
