So I don't want an apology, I wanted the correct guitar. I have not heard anything positive or true from you guys so I am waiting to leave feedback until I talk to a "manager" because even if what you said was true if a guitar is paid for in full there is no reason to sell to someone else.

How you translated was:

お詫びじやなく = Too casual and also じや is supposed to be じゃ (If you use verbal frank Japanese).

Paid in full = 全額支払う so
if a guitar is paid for in full there is no reason to sell to someone else.
