それに対して8月20日にあなたからI can refund you $15.00 each unit after the sale is complete.という返信をもらったため、
同日この商品を２つ購入し、既にPayPalにて支払い済みです。
今後どのようにして＄30の還付がされるのか教えてください。

In regards to the item #○○, I sent you email on August 19 requesting a discount on the price.
I received your reply on August 20 stating "I can refund you $15.00 each unit after the sale is complete." Therefore, I purchased 2 of the same item on the same day and completed payment via PayPal.
Could you please tell me how I should expect to receive the refund of $30.00?
