私たちのODRはキャンセル率が５％を超えています。VATをお客様が負担するものと勘違いしたり、台風で発送が遅れてキャンセルがありました。私たちの改善計画は以下のとおりです。台風が予想される時期はSALではなくＥＭＳを利用し、遅れないように発送します。またVATの金額は届かないとわからないので、請求があればVAT分の負担は私たちが当然行いますし、問い合わせあればお客様に必ずメールで返信します。
