バラの傷みは、おそらく配送中にできてしまったものと考えられます。
バラ農園に確認したところ、配送中にバラが揺れてぶつかることで、傷がついてしまう場合があるようです。

また、白いバラは花びらが薄く、とても繊細なため傷が目立ちやすいことから、花束の一部に傷みが見られたのだと考えられます。

折角の贈り物に傷があり、ご満足いただく事が出来ず誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

Also, white roses have thin petals, so they are delicate and can get damaged easily. I think there is a portion of the bouquet that got damaged.
