私も不思議に思っています。
LLサイズの紺色でしたらamazonUSAに在庫があったので（今は売り切れています）お届けが1～3日が選べたと思うのですが、LLサイズの黒はアメリカに在庫が無く日本のみとなっておりますので、海外発送には大体６～１０日程いただいております。
amazonUSAの方に確認してみます。
商品の発送は本日、10月14日（日本時間）を予定しております。

Amazon USA had the LL-size dark blue in stock (now it’s out of stock), so it was possible to choose 1-3 day delivery, but the LL size black is out of stock in the US, and only in Japan. It takes 6-10 days to deliver overseas.
I will check with Amazon USA.
I plan to ship the product today, October 14 (Japan time).
