既に私はお客様の信用を失っています
また御社に不良品を送られたらお客様は怒り返金を求めるでしょう
商品もお客様の元にあり私は対応できせん。
まずは不具合のないことを確認するのが普通ではありませんか?
検品されて送ったのですよね?

不具合がないことが確認できましたらすぐに出荷の手配をして
