Additional info: 流れとしては、私はeBayにて商品を販売している者なのですが、落札者が評価において、
Negativeとしたために、その後の対応でPositiveへの変更をしてもらうところです。
私はeBayにフィードバックの変更を申請し、落札者はeBayから送られてくる
メールを開いて、リンクから変更ページに飛ぶわけですが、落札者はまだメール
を受け取っていないと勘違いしています。

eBayのカスタマーが調べたところ、落札者は変更のメールをTrashホルダー(ごみ箱)
に入れてしまったとのこと。で、ごみ箱に入ったメールを見つけて、手続きをして
欲しいという内容の文面になります。ややこしい(笑)ですが、宜しくお願いします。
