また、本日もお客様から返品の連絡が来たのですが
電源が入らないそうです。
実はこれは、一度　バッテリーのみを交換して動作確認をして送り返したのですが
再び電源が入らないとのことです。
ヒーティングチャンバーの不具合により、バッテリーを交換してもすぐに
新しいバッテリーも使用不可能になることはありますか？
あるとすれば、これはバッテリーだけでなくヒーティングチャンバーも同時に交換しなければ
ダメなのでしょうか？
もしそうであれば、バッテリーとヒーティングチャンバーの両方の保証を希望します。

Today we received another returned product from a customer and it seems that the power doesn't work.
We tried to replace the battery once, confirmed that it works and sent it back but now the power doesn't work once again.
Is it possible that due to a flaw in the heating chamber, even if we change the battery, it immediately becomes useless?
If that's the case, wouldn't that mean that alongside the battery the heating chamber has to be replaced as well?
In this case we would like to make use of both the battery and heating chamber warranty.
