この状況では返品しか方法はない！
御社がA社と関係ないことはA社に電話した際に言われました。
私達はA社から購入したのではなく御社から購入したのですから、御社の情報が必要でした。
運送会社もA社とコンタクトを取りましたが、私の名義での購入はないとのことで情報を得られませんでした。
もう待てませんので、PayPalより返金の手続きを始めます。
何か解決法がありましたら運送会社に連絡して下さい。
