1550003の翻訳業務について確認ですが、こちらは”Translation tool”を使用できないようですが、この”.doc”ファイルとして納品する形でよろしいでしょうか？
またこちらの都合で申し訳ないですが、これから別の業務で外出しなければならず、deadlineを伸ばして頂きたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか？
新たなdeadlineは、ドイツ時間で1日の15:00を希望します。

This is to confirm the translation job 1550003. We cannot use the "Translation tool" in Japan, but could you accept to deliver finished product as ".doc" file?
In addition, I feel sorry to ask you about this, but could you extend the deadline because I shall go out of office for the other job?
