商品がいまだに倉庫から出荷準備されてない理由が、どうしても理解がいかないです。商品の出荷準備が、いつできるかわからずにひたすら待つことはできません。商品の入荷予定が、わからないと販売することができないので、売上げがありません。その結果、次回の商品を支払う資金がありません。
第一希望は、弊社が送金した同じ金額を返金してください。もしくは、同じ金額分で別の商品を至急　倉庫から出荷して頂けませんでしょうか。

I cannot understand at any cost that the item has not been prepared to ship from the warehouse yet. I cannot wait patiently without knowing when the preparation will be ready. I cannot sell the items when they will be delivered, so I make any sale. As a result, I don't have a fund to pay for next items.
My first choice is for requesting you to payback the same amount which our company transferred to you, or to send the other items equivalent to the amount we transferred from the warehouse urgently.
