前回、ご連絡をいただいてから時間が経過してしまい申し訳ありません。

前回注文をした＊＊ですが、初期不良がとても多く購入した商品の40％程が返品されました。
ほかの商品に比べて初期不良の割合がとても多いです。
また、注文をしたいのですがこれだけ多く返品を受けるのは厳しいです。

＊＊について、何か保証を付けていただくことはできませんか？
＊＊だけに初期不良が多いのですが、こちらの商品だけ何か違いがあるのでしょうか？

今回、下記の商品を注文したいと思っています。
