アメリカ以外のお客様の場合は当店の住所である日本に故障品をお送りいただくことになります。
アメリカ以外で商品を購入した場合は関税がかかる場合がありますのでご注意ください。

This product has manufacturer warranty for a year from the day of purchase. In case of breakdown, it will be repaired within the warranty. Please let us know by sending e-mail to our designated e-mail address we notice you. Please send the product to the address we tell you replying to your e-mail. After the repair, we send back the product to you.
If you live in U.S. or Japan, you can send the product within U.S. or Japan, however if you live in other countries, you should send the product to Japan.
If you buy the products in other countries than U.S. or Japan, you may have to pay customs depends on where you live as you send and receive the products.
