Good translation overall. Mistakes to take note are "cooperate the situation"(you can't cooperate with a situation, only with people) and forgetting about お手数をお掛けし申し訳ありません. The rest is fine and grammatically correct but I thought it might be good to write how I would translate to more natural English.
