昨日、9月2日に注文した商品を受け取りました。
ひとつ問題があって、掛け布団カバーが入っていませんでした。
この商品を送ってもらえませんか？
また、9月5日に注文した商品のインボイスをまだ受け取っていません。9月5日と9月9日注文分は既に出荷してくれたのでしょうか。これらの注文のインボイスをメールで送ってくれませんか？
最近、商品の出荷に少し時間がかかっているようですが、以前のように注文したその日か次の日までに出荷してもらうことは難しいのでしょうか？

We received the item yesterday which was ordered on 2nd Sep.
We got a problem that there were no duvet cover.
Could you send the duvet cover?
Also, we haven't received the invoice of the order on 5th Sep. Did you already ship orders from 5th and 9th Sep?
Could you kindly send us those invoices by e-mail?
We found out that it seems like taking longer for shipments these days, is there any difficulities to ship the order on that day or next day as you used to do?
