神の子池【北海道】

裏摩周の近くで、冷たく透き通った湧水による池。摩周湖の地下水が湧き出しており、池の底がエメラルドグリーンの神秘的な色彩を呈している。
水の透明度は高く、池に沈んだ倒木が水の底に横たわる姿がはっきりと見える。天候にもよるが、水面がエメラルドブルーに見え、神秘的な雰囲気を漂わせる。

Kami no Ko Ike (Child of God) [Hokkaido]

A pond located near the Ura Mashu, made of spring water crystal clear and cold. Groundwater of Mashu springs out, and the bottom of the pond exhibits a mysterious emerald green color.
Clarity of the water is so high, that a fallen tree lying at the bottom of the pond water i clearly visible. Depending on the weather, the surface appears emerald blue, creating a mysterious atmosphere.
