冷やかし半分で立ち寄ったディーラーは日曜の午後だったが、自分以外に客はおらず駐車場においてあったISの300h Fスポーツを眺めていたところ、試乗を進められた。

エクステリアは好き嫌いがあるだろうが、リアのディフューザーが目立ちすぎるのとトヨタ流のフェンダーのデザインの処理が相変わらずでサイドから見るといかにも腰高に感じるが惜しい。

クールさを追求したと説明されたインテリアの質感は、ドイツの3ブランドより上であり、手抜きだらけのＢＭＷの質感の低さとは雲泥の差だ。

I visited the dealer shop as a window-shopper on a Sunday afternoon, but there was no customer but me. I was suggested to test drive when I was looking at IS 300h F sports type.

Customers may have likes and dislikes regarding the exterior, but I personally feel that the rear diffuser is much too prominent and the shape of the fender is still a Toyota-ish design making the hip-line look higher from the side, which was not my taste.

I was explained that the feel of the interior was focused on making the interior look cool, and I do agree that it is better than the 3 German brands. There is a big difference when you compare it with the BMW, whose interior is very shoddy and lacking the feel of the interior.
