日本郵便に問い合わせいたしました。
荷物は一度そちらに配達されましたが不在のため持ち帰り、
その後返却期間が過ぎて日本に戻ってきています。
（私も手元にはまだ来ていません）
そこで次のうちからお選びください
1　再度発送。その場合、発送代金28ドルがかかります
（日本郵便に再送の配送料のディスカウントをお願いしましたが断られました）
2　商品代金の59ドルを返金

イタリアのサイトでは更新されていないので、わかりにくいですが
日本郵便のサイトを参照にしてください。

We have inquired to Japan Post.
Your item was once delivered to you, but it was brought back during your absence. It is now returned to Japan because it has passed the safekeeping period (I too, have not received it as of yet).
So, please select either of the following options:
1. Re-ship your item with a $28 reshipping fee.
(I tried to negotiate with Japan Post to discount for the reshipping fee, but it was rejected)
2. Issue you a $59 refund for the item price.

It might be hard to understand as it is not updated on the Italian website, please refer to the Japan Post website for details.
