We checked the reason why the order defect rate this time rose tremendously. and found that loss of the items sent by SAL that has not tracking number we introduced recently is a main reason.
To improve the problem above, we will change the sending system to the system we used in the past from now, and will send by the system where tracking number is added to all the items.
