ACケーブル等の汎用品にはACケーブルの電圧を指定すればその仕様（規格）はISOで定義されているので、通常仕様書（規格書）は添付されていません。今回お客様がメール送信者に仕様書を要求した理由は、ACケーブルは手元にあるが、何らかの自由によりケーブルを使用するためには書面による仕様書が必要であるためと判断しています。
