私の趣味はラジオを聴くことだ。最近、日本の若者ではラジオを聴く人が非常に少なくなってきていて、友人にも同じ趣味を持っている人はほとんどいない。しかし私はテレビよりラジオの方が圧倒的に好きである。なぜなら、ニュース番組以外のテレビ番組は映像を客観的に見るだけだが、ラジオはパーソナリティが語りかけてくるスタイルが多く、リスナーからのメールなどが多いため、聴いていて社会との繋がりを感じて落ち着くからである。テレビと違って、聴きながら他の作業ができることもラジオの良い点である。

My hobby is to listening to radio. Nowadays, Japanese young people who listen to radio is getting fewer, and there are few my friends who have the same liking. But I far prefer radio to TV. Because except news, we only watch objectively TV programs, but on radio more personality talks to me, and many listeners send email, so I can feel connections to society, and thus listening to radio makes me feel comfortable.
Unlike TV programs, it is also an advantage that I can do other work while listening to them.
