I can send them anytime, but would let somebody pick them up?

Because it has passed little time, I sort out what we agreed with up to previous communications.

“You (Amazon.com) mistakenly shipped the Motorola L601M instead of L601, and I have received the units. You would collect them and shoulder the return shipping fee. Upon you confirm your mistake, you would pay back the amount for the total of 18 unit to my credit card”

Are these agreement correct?
