私の問題は御社のk準備であるLate responsesが10%を超えたことです。
対応としまして、まずは今まで頂いた問い合わせにつきましては全て返信させて頂きました。
問題が発生した理由としてメール担当者が他の業務を兼務していた為に対応処理が送れていました。
この問題を解決すべくメール対応専用のスタッフを1名雇用致しました。
