6月・7月に外部研修に参加された方にご連絡致します。

参加された研修につき部門内やそれ以外での報告や情報共有などはされてますでしょうか。
総務部よりお送りしているレポート以外の報告の事例があれば伺いたいと思います。
（※（例１）部門内のミーティングで情報の共有をした。（例２）早朝ミーティングで発表した）

Are you reporting or sharing the training that you had participated in with those in the department and other?

We would like to know if there is an example of report other than the report that was sent from general affairs department.
(Example 1: Shared information in the meeting in the department. Example 2: Announced in the meeting that was held early in the morning)

We hate to ask you while you are busy, but could you notify us about if you reported other than the report.
