ちなみに、なぜ同じINVOICEを何度も送らないといけないのですか？

Aからのパッケージには必ずINVOICEが同梱されています。
7670のパッケージに表示されています。
私も同じINVOICEしか保有してません。
このINVOICがすべてです。
同じINVOICEを何度も提出する必要はないと思いますが。。。

適切な助動詞が使用されていない箇所が何カ所か見受けられます。例えば、why shall I sendのshallなど。他にもありますが、文章が原文の意味と違うようになっている箇所もあるので、助動詞を適切に使用するようにすると良いと思います。
