２、ロゴマークの解像度が悪かったようですね。オリジナルのファイルを添付しました。
前回送ったロゴとはカラーが異なりますが、今回はこちらのロゴで、あなたに提案して頂いた”Concept B”を選択したいと思います。

３、支払いについては初めのうちはペイパルで支払いさせて頂きたいのですが宜しいですか？

2. It looks like the logo mark image had a bad resolution. Kindly find the original file as per attached.
Although the image this time may appear in the different colour from the last time, but I would like to go with "Concept B" of your proposal with this logo.
