このオーダーは注文後すぐに返金されましたが私の商品は返ってきていません。
更に私は添付画像にある通り、売上として514.25ドルを受取り、その後何故か519.25ドルを取られました。私は現在、商品も取られ売上も取られ差額5ドルも取られています。至急私の納得のいく理由を教えて下さい。
私は東京ディズニーランド限定の商品を持っていてこれを販売したい。この商品にはEANコードが付いていない。どの様にすれば商品登録出来ますか？手順を教えて下さい。

This order has been refund immediately after the order was placed, but my item has not returned yet.
In addition, as the attached photo shows, I have received the sales amount of $514.25, but $519.25 wad deducted without any reason. I have lost my item and $5.
