I had ordered the same product twice, but only one arrived.
The tracking numbers for these two orders were identical. Therefore, I would like to request full refund for one item purchased.

Moreover, the product received is different from the image on the website, the shape of the container is wrong. I would also like to request refund for this item which is $20.
