私は同じ商品を2個別々に注文しました。
どちらの注文も同じ追跡番号でしたが、到着したのは1個だけです。
1個分の代金を返金して下さい。
加えて、到着した1個も商品ページの画像と違うものが届いています。
具体的には容器の形状が異なるものです。
商品代金の一部（20ドル）を返金して下さい。

I had ordered two identical items separately. The tracking numbers of those two were the same and only one item arrived at my side. Would you please refund the amount for one item that wasn't delivered to me?
In addition, the one that was delivered is different from the image on the webpage. More specifically, the bottle has different shape. Please refund part of the amount of the item, which is $20.
(訳注: 容器が何の容器かわからないので、とりあえずボトルとしましたが、液体でない場合Containerなどが言いかと思います。)
