先日、当社はA社より英国Amazonにおいてクレームを受けました。
理由は御社が日本向けに生産された商品を当社が英国Amazonで販売したことです。
当社ではこの事実を把握し速やかに英国での販売を取りやめました。当社は御社の権利を侵害するつもりはなく、今後一切御社の商品を販売することはありません。
A社にはこの状況を弊社から伝えましたが返信がなく大変困っています。
そこで大変お手数ですが御社もしくはA社より、Amazonに対してクレームの取り下げを行っていただけないでしょうか?
Recently, we received a claim on U.K. Amazon from Company A.
The reason is that we have sold products on U.K. Amazon, which were produced by your company for Japan market.
As soon as we knew the fact, we dropped off the sales in UK as soon as possible. We were not intend to violate the rights of your company, and we won't sell any kind of your company's products from now on.
We have told our situation to Company A, but we are having troubles that there isn't any reply from Company A.
So could your company or Company A kindly withdrawing the claim on Amazon?
