私は、ある一つの誤解から、今回の悲惨な事件の責任が貴方にあると思い込んでしまっていたみたいです。
今回の製品へのダメージは運送会社の責任である可能性が非常に高いです。
私の会社には従業員がいますが、今回この荷物に関する報告を受けた際に、そういった報告を受けていませんでした。
申し訳ありません。

遅くなりましたが、品物の写真を送付します。
輸送箱本体を確認するに、運送中のダメージが酷い事が想像出来ます。
