島根県立大学短期大学部松江キャンパスは6月28日、くにびきメッセ国際会議場で「ご縁の国しまね　観光コンベンションin松江」を開催。同校の学生のほか、沖縄や東京など県外からの参加者も含めた観光関係者・コンベンション関係者など、合わせて約200人が集まった。

島根県内の観光は、出雲大社をはじめ東部地域を中心に展開しているが、今回は雲南市吉田町、隠岐郡海土町（あまちょう）、県西部の津和野町などの地域文化を活かした観光推進の高まりを受けて実施された。

Issue treasure of Shimane to the world

On June 28th Shimane Prefectural University Junior College Matsue Campus held "Shimane where you are related by some luck and tourism convention in Shimane" at Kunibiki Messe International Conference Hall.

In addition to the students of the University, about 200 people who are in involved in tourism and convention including those from other prefectures such as Okinalwa and Tokyo participated in it.

As for tourism in Shimane Prefecture, it has been developing by focusing on eastern area including Izumo Shrine.
This time, however, it was held for promoting tourism highly by using the local culture such as Unnan city Yoshida -cho, Okigun Ama-cho and Tsuwano Machi in western part of the prefecture.
