返金は我々に商品が到着し商品の確認が出来次第、数日中に手続きが開始されます

以下に返金ポリシーを記載してますのでご確認下さい
商品が未開封かつ破損が無い状態であれば商品代金の全額が返金されますが開封や破損があった場合は50%の返金となります
お客様都合による返品の場合、お支払い頂いた送料に関しましては返金出来かねます
また返送に掛かる送料はお客様の負担となります
返送途中に商品の紛失事故などがあった場合は返金が出来かねます
高額な商品の場合はお客様にて運送保険を追加される事をお勧めします

The process for the refund will begin as soon as a product arrived and confirmed.

Please refer below fr our refund policy.
If product is kept sealed and there is no damage, it will be fully refunded, yet if a package seal has been open or if there is a damage, only 50% will be refunded.
If the return is due to customer's problem, we will not refund the shipping cost.
Also return shipping cost will be a responsibility of the customer.
If the product becomes missing during the return, we can't refund you.
I suggest you to put delivery insurance if it is expensive item.
