下記手順を記載します。

1.まず、配達業者に壊れていたと連絡してください。
（※お手数ですが、連絡して頂かないと先に話が進みません。）
レポートを作成します。
内容に関しましては詳細を聞かれると思いますが
専門家ではないので、大体の状況と壊れているという事をしっかりお伝えください。
（それがないとこちらは動けません。）

2.レポートがこちらの配達業者に提出されます。
私が初めて検証依頼が出せます。
そして、こちらで状況を検証します。

3.確認が取れ次第、商品代、発送料、返送料のご返金を致します。

I will mention the following process.

1. Please contact the delivery agent and tell them that it was broken. ( I am sorry to trouble you, but there will be no progress unless you do so.)
You have to make a report.
It will be expected to put details on your report, but you are not an expert, so putting only general information is OK and please make sure to tell them that it is broken.
( We can't take action without the report.)

2. The report will be sent to the delivery agent.
At this point, I will be able to offer verification request for the first time.
After that, the situation will be verified by our side.

3. After we confirmed, we will pay you back the commodity fee, the shipping cost and the return postage.
