以下のようなエラーが表示されます。キャッシュ系のバグのような気もしますが修正方法はありますか？利用しているPHPのバージョンは5.4です。
あと投稿した際のURLをタイトル名ではなくランダムの7文字の英数字(例えばEx98JiU)などにすることはできますか？
例えばタイトル名が日本語の場合、エラーにはならないのですがTwitterなどで投稿すると以下のような表示になってしまいます。
致命的なエラーではないのですがちょっとかっこ悪いですね。対応が難しい場合は現状のままで構いません。

Can it be fixed ? I guess it is a bug related to cache. The version of PHP I'm using is 5.4.
And when I post, can I change the URL from the name of the title to 7 characters lengths of combination of alphabets and numbers (for example, Ex98Jiu) ? When the name of the title is written in Japanese, it won't be an error but the following message will appear when I post it on websites like Twitter.
It's not a fatal error, but little bit uncool. If it's difficult to cope with, I don't mind to leave this as it is.
