a) Interest Rate
The rate of interest payable on each Individual Loan shall be set as Average of last month last 5 Business days SIBOR, as indicated in The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), plus 1.0% of commission per annum accrued on Individual Loan. The interest payable rate will be round to 3 decimal places. The Lender shall notify the Borrower of each rate of interest as soon as possible when requested by Borrower. Business days means any day on which the banks in Singapore, Thailand and Japan are open for business, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
