c)Interest
Interest on each Individual Loan shall be calculated at the end of every quarter, which is Mar, Jun, Sep and Dec, on the basis of actual number of days elapsed and a 365-day year. The Lender will send a Principal and Interest confirmation to the Borrower on a quarterly basis and all interest payment shall be settled by the 15th of the following month, which is April, July, Oct and Jan, and if the 15th falls on a holidays, the next Business day will be the payment date.

c) 利息
