"奇亞子 energy bar" の賞味期限を延ばすということについてご報告します。製造元に相談しましたところ、商品の水分値を少し下げると製造日から1年の賞味期限をつけることは可能だそうです。ただし、クッキーに近くなることが予想されます。サンプルを再度作るとなると時間がかかりますが、どうしますか?

I would like to report for extending "the best if eaten by this date" for the "奇亞子 energy bar". I have discussed with the manufacturer and they told me that they can extend "best if eaten by this date" to one year if they reduce the water content of this item. However, they told me that the taste of item may become like the cookies. It takes a long time to produce samples, but how do you thin about it?
