In the event that a return is requested by the customer only unused and unopened items will be accepted for return. Please understand that when an item is returned by request, the customer is responsible for up to20% of the original product price as return fee for unopened items, and up to 50% for opened/used items. The return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

Please understand that depending on the circumstances, when an item is returned the customer is generally responsible for 100% of the original shipping charges.

Nel caso che la restituzione sia richiesta dal cliente solamente oggetti non usati e non aperti saranno accettati per il ritorno. Per favore capisca che quando un oggetto, per richiesta, ci viene restituito, il cliente è responsabile fino al 20% del prezzo del prodotto originale come spesa di ritorno per oggetti non aperti, e fino al 50% per prodotti aperti/usati. Anche la spesa di spedizione per le restituzione è a carico del cliente.
