Please let us know when you arrive at oo station.
Our company is located around 1 minute away from the station
but might be difficult to find so I will come to the station to pick you up.

If you are going to take a plane, you can take a train or bus from New Chitose Airport (CTS)
to come to oo station.
It might be easier to take the bus as it is a direct bus from the airport.

We can have lunch together after a meeting at our company.
