事務手続きなどのサポートをお願いしたいです。

また、中国で流通している資材の購入手続きのサポートもお願いしたいです。
具体的には中国の通販サイトで物品を購入して東京にある当社オフィスへ配送するための手続きに要する、画面の翻訳などのサポートです。

We have no one who can speak Chinese in our company,
and we are looking for a person who register at the site
of China in place of us.
We want him or her to support preparation of clerical work.

We also want him or her to support preparation of purchasing materials
that are districuted in China.
Concretely speaking, it is a support of translation of the screen required for preparation of sending to our office
after purchasing the items on Chinese site of mail-order.

Those who can use Skype
