In my last email I sent you for the first time, I requested you to refund me for the cost of the merchandise as well as the cost of the shipping; and I remember that you agreed to do so.
However, in your email I received the other day, you disagreed to refund me for the shipping cost.
If I return the merchandise and pay for the shipping myself, it will virtually be the same as not receiving any refund since the shipping cost would essentially be the same as the cost of the merchandise.
The amount of money we're talking about here will not break my bank account or anything like that; however, as a principal, I am not satisfied with your response when you're the one who sold me the defective merchandise.
