開催に先立ち、部会長を務める日本コンベンションサービスの近浪弘毅氏が「オリンピック・パラリンピックは日本最大のMICE」と語り、協力を呼びかけた。

講演では、東京都オリンピック・パラリンピック準備局大会準備部開催計画課長の折笠眞由美氏が「2020年オリンピック・パラリンピック競技大会に向けて」と題して講演した。

Talking about the site of the Olympics bid

On May 29, Japan Congress and Convention Bureau has held "JCCB Group MICE industry skills workshop" in the conference room of the Japan National Tourist Office (JNTO) .

Before the conference, Mr. Koki Kinnami, the chairperson of the Japan Convention Services Prior, told people that "Olympic and Paralympic is Japan's largest MICE," and called for cooperation.

In the presentation, Mr. Mayumi Orikasa, who is the plan manager of Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic tournament preparation station, had a lecture entitled "Towards 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games."
