日本人でXYZと呼ぶ人はいません。ここの投稿を見ても現状では一人もいません
理由は上手く説明できないんですが日本語としてしっくりきません
ただし、日本人以外の人がXYZと呼んだ方がしっくりくるならそれで良いと思います(個人的にはABCと呼べば良いと思いますが)

この曲のジャンルがDEFかどうかで議論する日本人もいません。どちらでも誰にも迷惑はかかりませんよね？
まあ個人的には新しいジャンルを確立したと思うし、こういうクリエイティブな発想が生まれる日本の文化は最高だと思います

No Japanese would say "XYZ". Even we check the posting here nobody would, so far.
I can't explain well, but it's just not fitting to Japanese. But that's ok if "XYZ" fits to all of you besides Japanese, that is ok. (personally I prefer call "ABC")

There are no Japanese who disuss over a category of this music is DEF or not. whichever it is, it's not a problem to anybody, is it?
I would say we established new type of music and the Japanese culture which produces this kind of creative ideas, in my opinion, is the best.
